Stop looking for a mechanic shop and just GO, your bank account and piece of mind can thank me later! *Check-in on Yelp for $25 off $100 service (exclusions on 2 services-can't remember what they are) I needed a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a used Lexus GX470 I was looking to buy from a dealer down the street. Brad McBride helped me during my visit and he is also the Owner/Manager. Every single one of my questions (and I have A LOT when car shopping) was answered with complete interest, knowledge, and a great sprinkling of humor when best suited. I never once felt like he wasn't giving it to me straight or I needed google it to verify the information. The shop area is surrounded by glass walls leading up to the waiting room so you can see your car being worked on. The waiting area is comfortable (6 oversize black lounge chairs, coffee table, and large TV), there are plenty of drinks & Starbucks coffee, and the bathroom is large and very clean. During my inspection David called me back to the shop to show me a major safety concern & some other things. As a visual learner so I was thankful for this but also noticed how CLEAN the shop is...and coming from a family that owns one I can say this is VERY rare and hard to do. He called about parts & worked up all the issues & repair costs for me to take back to the dealer. They also provide a FREE year of roadside assistance if you purchase the car after they inspect. My insurance already provides this feature but to give something like that just for a car inspection is customer appreciation at its BEST! Overall these guys are AWESOME, I'd give them 6 stars if possible! Ive never said before in a review & even more rare is for me to say that about a mechanic shop, especially one that's 2hrs away from my house and I've never visited before. My step dad is a mechanic so I grew being told how to avoid fearsome rip-off of having your car serviced but that is of no help with the skill or honesty of a mechanic.
