Secondly, he just tell you the truth about your car and what's the problem with it. He doesn't try to confuse you and make you pay over price. Even he tried to reduced the price! I can not say enough about the great experience I had at this place. Brad and Jim are funny guys. They were pleasant as soon as I walked in the door (on a Saturday, without an appointment). I needed my first oil change for my car, and went to Yelp to find a good place, and saw the previous good reviews for this place. I could not believe their policy (and you get a booklet to prove it), that with any service over $25 (which is most), you get 365 days of Roadside Service!! Forget AAA, go to these guys! I will be returning for ALL of my car needs!
