Honest-1 in Costa Mesa is my preferred auto repair facility. Their prices are reasonable and they won't try to sell you anything you don't need. You can rely on their experience and workmanship.

I read the fantastic reviews on Yelp for Honest-1 Auto Care and decided to give it a try. I needed rear shocks and I have to say, Brad and Jim were SO nice - real down to earth guys! I made an appointment and they were so quick - the price was more than fair (less than what I was quoted at my usual place) and they also give you free roadside assistance when you become a new customer. The waiting room is fantastic - nice large TV, comfy chairs, free WiFi, free coffee, sodas, water, and even iPads for you to use if you want to. I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!!

I read the other great reviews on Yelp for Honest-1 Auto Care and decided to give them a try. I needed rear shocks for my Honda. My usual auto place quoted me $400.00. Well guess what - for about $450.00 I got rear shocks, oil change service, inside air filter, and engine filter. I have to say, Brad and Jim were SO nice - real down to earth guys. I made an appointment and they were so quick and the waiting room is super nice - large flat screen TV, comfy chairs, nice magazine selection, free WiFi, free coffee, sodas, water, and even iPads for you to use if you want to. As a final touch, they left a cute little "Happy New Year" card in the car with chocolate coins. I couldn't be happier - this is my go-to auto place from now on. Thanks guys!!

Brad and his team are the best. I've been bringing my car here for everything from oil changes to crazy repairs ever since my manufacturer's warranty expired, and I haven't looked back. Recently I had to go back to the dealership for a safety recall issue, and of course they found a bunch of other things that needed attention (and that they could actually charge me for). While most of them were things I knew I could do on my own (You want to charge me $60 for new wiper blades? Come on!), I did have a torn CV boot that was leaking pretty terribly that they quoted me $420 to replace. I called Honest-1 and Brad said he could do it for $377. I picked my car up from the dealership as soon as I could (which took forever, because the dealership always takes way longer than expected) and dropped it off at Honest-1 around 5pm. Brad and his stellar team had my baby all ready to go by 6pm. They're friendly, efficient, straightforward, and everything you could want in an auto repair shop.

I trust Brad and his team for everything from oil changes to crazy repairs. One of my CV boots was torn and leaking terribly, and Honest-1 took care of everything quickly, professionally, and for about $50 less than the dealership wanted to charge me. These guys are the best!
