It was a pleasure dealing with such friendly people who truly understand customer service. My car is running well and instead of just charging me made suggestions on how I could have the other parts took the time to point me in the right direction to get my car fixed by getting it welded instead.

The employees were friendly from the moment I walked in. They made me feel as if I was a returning customer. They were knowledgeable and made me aware of everything I needed but didn't push me to buy from them.

Had tires rotated and balanced. Guys did good job, like always. Waited for car and talked to Brad's Dad, who was a really nice guy.

This was my first visit to Honest-1 and I was very impressed with the service and atmosphere; from how I was greeted to the free cold water and comfortable sofas. I needed a same-day appointment and Janet made sure I got one that was convenient for me so I could come on my lunch hour. Brad made my visit quick and painless - and very low cost.
