My 2012 Ford Edge has audibe pulse in the front end while making a right turn at 30+ mph. You can also feel it through the steering wheel. Honest Auto had ths car for 4 days but could not diagnose the cause of the issue. They even brought in a Ford guy to take a look. I have been to a lot of Auto mechanics that would have started replacing things and running up a bill, but not Honest Auto. They said they were sorry they could not find the cause and asked me to let them know if it got worse. They also assured me that they saw nothing to make them think the SUV wasn't safe to drive. No Charge! These guys just earned my business going forward.

I have been coming to Brads shop for about 2 years. Everyone is nice and professional and I know when they are done that my car is A#1. I also know if something is about to go and what need to do about it. Wouldn't go any place else.

Brad really does care about you being a loyal customer. Shoots it straight and tells you exactly what to expect. My car broke down the next day after getting it fixed. His team not only got me into the garage immediately, but helped get my car there, which could have been easily not their problem. Definitely will used them for all my automotive repair needs as they have demonstrated enough reason to trust them in all their recommendations.

When a company puts the word honest in there name it makes you always think twice. It's like a Pizza place using the slogan "NEW YORK STYLE" and then you drive all the way there to find out that they couldn't find New York on the map. So being from NewYork I really appreciate straight talk and no BS . I want to thank Brad the owner for the no BS and being total honest. I brought my BMW in to read a bunch of codes and after removing the codes the car ran great. He kept the car overnight just to make sure and called me the next morning to pick up the car and no charge.WOW! I worked for" New Car Dealerships" in upper management for 20years and I can honestly say that wouldn't happen! Thanks again ! I will refer anyone to Honest -1 Auto Care

Per usual, Brad and his team provided service above and beyond the call of duty. I got an oil change and my tires rotated for my 2013 Subaru Outback. Brad is friendly, helpful, honest, and does good work. What else could you want in a mechanic?! Most people dread going to the mechanic, but I can't say that about my experience with Honest-1. Plus, my kids love playing in the little play area set-up in the waiting room! Car taken care of? Check. Kids entertained for an hour? Check. I highly recommend Brad and his team at Honest-1.

Such amazing attention to detail for them to provide! (Can we come play when my car isn't broken?!) 4. (I know I said three, but I thought of another one). BRAD IS ONE HARD WORKING GUY! HE IS ALWAYS MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS RIGHT FOR EVERY CUSTOMER. HE MAKES ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY AND HAD MY CAR READY MUCH SOONER THAN I THOUGHT.

Never did I feel pushed into anything that was not necessary, and they made recommendations based on their inspection. I am glad I found a Honest shop that puts customer service first.
