I was in need of assessing how severe my knock sensor was on my 2004 Honda CRV. Brad and his team communicated clearly to me what needed to be done and Brad even went and bought the knock sensor at cost from the Honda dealership. I am very appreciative of their efforts to keep the cost low for me.

After having work done at a new car dealer's service department, my car's windshield washer was no longer working, and it would have taken almost two weeks to get an appointment at the dealer's. I was able to get in without an appointment at Honest-1 first thing Saturday morning, and they fixed the problem and had me out the door in 45 minutes at very reasonable cost.

The quoted time the car was ready was spot on. In 3 hours they tuned up the AC and put in a couple new parts for the compressor to keep pressure. The final was a little higher than the quote but it was basically the parts that they would not know about in advance. I recommend this place and will use their services again.

Excellent, attentive and friendly customer service! I did not feel as though I was being taken advantage of and they went the extra mile to see what my specific cars needs were and gave me a better value than competitors just around the corner had quoted me. I feel that they live up to their honest name and enjoyed the fast and friendly experience.

Brad found a way to squeeze my car in for an oil change today even with a fully packed schedule. I really appreciate the authentic friendly fast service. I've used Honest 1 in the past and they have always lived up to their name.

Customer service of this quality is not expected at a regular autoshop. Was pleasantly surprised by the organization and honesty this shop has to offer. Highly recommended.
