I took my car to Honest-1 Auto Care after another repair shop had recommended costly brake service. Turned out that the other shop had misdiagnosed the problem, and much of what they recommended was unnecessary at this time, so my thanks to Honest-1 for saving me money. I found the folks at Honest-1 to be courteous and professional, and I especially appreciated their detailed inspection report.

Brad and the entire staff at Honest1 are indeed Honest! I trust Brad's word. He definitely knows about cars. I will always bring my car here for service. Its easy, their nice, they service my car... and I am on my way!

Came here for an oil change, mainly because I wanted to find a good oil change spot close to America's Tire where I get my tires rotated. This place is the whole package. Staff: very friendly, they love to crack jokes, and they make you feel like part of the family Speed: I arrived at 8am on a Saturday morning and they finished my oil change in under an hour. There were other customers there, but it wasn't overly crowded like other auto shops on the weekend. Environment: big tv, free coffee, free wifi, and nice couches and tables to sit at I definitely will be coming back for subsequent oil changes.

I came here because I had a coupon sent through the mail and ever since discovering this place I have never gone anywhere else. The customer service is amazing here!! Their prices are really great too. I would recommend anyone to come here. They truly are honest.

I usually really appreciate how well my oil changes go at Honest 1, but this time I was disappointed. When I returned to my car, both of the front seats were left all the way back, making it difficult to get my 5 year old and infant in their car seats. Secondly, there was a large hand print of oil across my center console that I had to clean off. Finally, my last Honest 1 window sticker was crumpled up and thrown on my driver's side floor. Not good.

First time here. I got my oil changed and upon the suggestion of an employee I also got my brakes cleaned and realigned. I typically visit VTec Auto Repair near The Spectrum in Irvine, but I always visit America's Tire in Costa Mesa so I figured I needed to find a closer oil change spot. The staff was ridiculously friendly and were constantly cracking jokes. It really felt like a family environment in there. On top of that, free coffee and wifi are an excellent touch. Overall, the oil change was slightly more expensive than what I usually pay, but still very reasonable and the convenience and amenities will have me coming back here for each subsequent oil change. Turnaround time was great too...was less crowded than my usual oil change spot.
