I was very pleased with the customer service and honesty that was provided by Brad Pat and the rest of the team. Honest 1 really does live up to their name. Never did I feel pushed into anything that was not necessary, and they made recommendations based on their inspection. I am glad I found a Honest shop that puts customer service first. Honest one has never steered me wrong. They always advise me on what my car needs but never pressures me to do it! Their prices are extremely fair and their customer service is outstanding!! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Honest-1 has superior customer service and fair pricing as demonstrated by meeting my need in a two-hour time frame. I showed up on a Friday morning without an appointment needing tires for my daughter's car before dropping her off at college and leaving for Georgia. They provided transportation to and from our hotel and changed all four tires before my daughter had to arrive at her college orientation; the price quoted was the price charged. Their shop and waiting room was clean and internet friendly. Pat was friendly and ensured me that the car would be ready in my time frame. I left feeling assured that Honest-1 was the auto shop for us.
