The service I received was not less than outstanding. I was given an estimate of the cost of service and a time line for completion. I was even allowed on the service floor so the mechanic could show me just what the problem was. Most shops don't allow this due to insurance policies that don't allow non-employees on the floor. The work was completed as stated and to my satisfaction. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated. I will definitely be future customer and will refer anyone who needs auto repair to this shop. Job well done!!!!!!

My car was broken into last night. In a panic I yelped every auto repair shop in my area. I needed my rear passenger window to be replaced. I called in and spoke with Brad. He explained they don't offer that type of service but knew someone that could help me. I called about 7 different shops all wanting a ton of money to replace my window. I called Brad's referral not only did they come to my home to fix my window it was half of what everyone else was asking! Brad saved my day! Thank you Brad for being so HONEST and genuine.

I brought in my 2004 Mazda Tribute for an oil change on January 30th. Four days later on February 3rd I noticed big oil stain in my parking spot. I've been using this parking spot for the past year and a half and it was dry until now. I added two quarts of oil just to be safe since I didn't know how much oil already leaked. I drove back to Honest-1 the next morning, February 4th. Technician said that after adding those 2 quarts of oil I was one quart of oil over, which means that I already lost a quart of oil in only 4 days. They said they don't know what caused the leak. My previous oil change was 4000 miles and several months ago, and if my car was leaking oil at this rate before, I would be out of oil in approximately 20 days. Honest-1 denied their fault (intentional or not, it doesn't matter) and refused to identify the problem. The technician wanted to clean the oil soaked area of the engine to have a better look at the leak source but the owner/manager told him to stop and return my car to me. That's just my personal experience with this place, obviously they have mostly good reviews so your results may vary. I have shown you that your oil filter and drain plug are clean, so the leak is not related to the oil change. Also, you have overfilled your oil. I am always looking for companies to do business with that go out of their way to make sure I am happy with there service. Brad and his staff make sure that you are happy with there service and your car is fixed the right way every time. Also things are brought up that may need to be done in the future. Great service!!! Great prices and friendly environment

I was in and out in less than an hour for oil change and tire rotation. The facilities were very clean and the staff was friendly. They even put a little bag of chocolates in my car.
