Couple of our cars have been serviced here within the last 10 months. My family and I always receive top notch customer service from Brad McBride, owner and general manager. His facility is great and his whole staff is knowledgeable and awesome! Tell them your car problem, they inspect, diagnosis and then thoroughly explain to you what's going on, what they can do to fix the problem and how much it'll cost. Great business people, love Honest-1!!

Went back to Honest-1 because they are very caring and honest! Brad the owner takes the time with his customers to talk with them and Mike takes the time to explain what they are servicing and why. I highly recommend Honest-1 !!!!!!!! I've come here twice and have been treated with respect. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The owner Brad makes you feel welcomed when you come here. MY NAME IS ROB. I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, THE SUPERVISOR HAS A BIG HEART AND IS WILLING TO HELP IN A TIME OF NEED. BUT THE STAFF MEMBERS.[OR THE PERSON WHO WORKED ON MY VAN], IS UNQUALIFIED. IM NEW TO THE AREA AND ARE CURRENTLY LIVING IN MY VAN. AND I SAVE UP MONEY TO GET SOME THINGS DONE. BUT NOW, DUE TO THIS SO CALLED "MECHANIC'S" LACK OF EXPERTISE', IT HAS CAUSED PERMINENT DAMAGE TO MY ENGINE. I KNOW THAT IT WILL JUST BE A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE I LOSE MY JOB BECAUSE I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO WORK. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY. IVE WASTED 1600 DOLLARS AND MY VAN IS DISTROYED. Everything was great. Very welcoming, very knowledgeable, very helpful. they will give you a straight answer in regards to if you need a part or not. the work is under warranty. Prices were great.

My car didn't run right and some times didn't run at all, they fixed it right away and fixed it right. I am very pleased and will call them if I have any other problems.

From the moment i walked into this clean, well thought out confortable shop i was sold! I recently overhauled my chevy truck, New motor ect!! Brad gave great advice, was patient with me and made a at the time tragic situation a great experience! I highly recommend this shop! you wont be disapointed!
