This is my first time with Honest one and they have done me well.

I took my 2001 Cadillac in for starting problem, sometimes the car doesn't start due to a problem with the security system and it gives a message "Starting Disabled, wait 3 minuets". After they checked it, they had the mechanic speak to me, he told me that the problem will cost too much, but he can bypass the system and it will cost a lot less, then I spoke with Brad, he told me that bypassing the system will cost about $200 and I agreed. While working on the vehicle, Brad came to me and said, "we found the problem, it is this little part, and it will cost you the same" they ordered the part and I went 2 days later and they changed this part. I was planning to take the car on a long trip and lucky I didn't, I parked the car and road with a friend. When I came back, I got in the car and it didn't start, it gave me the same message "Starting Disabled, wait 3 minuets", and the problem is still happening, same as before. I took the car back, they checked it again and then Brad said "it is a new problem" it is the Body Control Module System. Brad said they cannot fix it as it has to be programmed at the dealer, but refused to refund me. Dishonest and inexperienced. I took the car to Orange Coast Auto Repair, they found the problem and fixed it, easy. it was the Ignition Switch. Honest-1 couldn't figure it out. they should go out of business.

Dang I real hate going to a auto repair shop. But this one is legit! Mike and Brad are awesome and cool dudes. Very friendly and professional. Good deal quick service

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Being a mom of 2 small children, I appreciated the absolute cleanliness AND kid friendly environment of this automotive repair shop!! Brad is the owner and runs the place like a well oiled machine with good old fashioned high customer appreciation and high customer service values. I paid $23 for an oil change for 5 star customer service. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Worst service!!!!! Came here for oil change , but that day was full waiting 3 hours ok I understand. So I made I appointment other day. Unfortunately I was late 10min and waited line other 10more min . ....then guy was classier Told me they need 3 hours for complete oil change because they had star to other customer. What !!!! They are not flexible as they don't understand what customer thought. Appointment llllmake no meaning at this place! This is the 3rd time I've been there and I have no complaints, the shop is very clean and all of the employees are very polite. I don't know why you would want to go anywhere else. I'm very satisfied with the work and the prices are competitive. Give them a try.

You guys were awesome. I wrote you a bomb Yelp review. Thanks for being so honest with my car (I get it! Honest-1 Auto Care fits!) and telling me what was going on because I literally know nothing about cars. Cheers

I love this place. That's a phrase I never thought I'd say about a car repair place, however after taking my car here twice, I no longer dread going to get my car looked at. Brad and his team are super friendly, and go above and beyond my service expectations. Brad is upfront and honest about your car, so I know I'm getting the feedback and service I need to keep my car in good, running condition. Brad doesn't pressure you into spending more money, and simply lays out the benefits and differences between different options. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my car here, and know I will get the necessary work done right the first time, and at the best price possible.

Honest 1 auto care is amazing and fair prices. They are always friendly and helpful.
