There is finally a auto shop that will actually "show" you what is going on with your vehicle. They are professional and courteous and will strive to explain any and all repairs to you; what needs immediate attention and what can wait. Been along time comming. Thanks you guys!...Mike

Love this place! A truly amazing car repair experience. My car broke down the other day on the freeway. Bummer.....but once I got to H1, I was treated to a divine customer service experience.

I always drive past this place on my way to work. I needed an alignment done for my BMW so I stopped here. I felt like I was pampered. They gave me a coupon even though I was a first time customer! Provided a shuttle to where I needed to go and picked me up when my car was done being serviced! They also had refreshments and free WiFi. Everyone that worked there was so kind, funny, and helpful. They told me what else my car needed work on yet they didn't pressure me like other places to work on it but suggested within time to fix it. They also offered me free road side assistance anywhere since I spent over $25. If you ever need any work or anything checked out , I suggest this place. I will be back if I ever need anything and I'm telling my friends as well as family about how awesome they are!

I'm now 74 years old and worked my cars since I was 22 years old. I have had professional private shops and dealers do work on my cars. You guys are the only repair shop that does not B.S prospective clients, plus have good mechanics, and the quality of work is great, and with a warranty

This my first time going to Honest-1. My 4Runner wouldn't start right away and it happens only in the morning. So my boss recommended them. I had a feeling it was a starter and it was + I was told the battery was dead. If the car starts up the battery isn't dead, but sometimes the clock dims and its hard to see the time, and that is the battery, but to me it wasn't dead. They worked on my car on Saturday and brought it to my home at 6:00 and they close at 4:00. Normally, shops don't do that and that was very handy.

I came here a month or so ago and had some routine service done to my truck such as spark plugs and oil change. Service was excellent and I was very pleased overall. I was too lazy to leave a review and now I wish I had. Fast forward to last night...I found myself stuck, and broken down with a busted alternator. A tow truck driver asked me where I wanted to take it so I called Honest 1, they were closing in 30 minutes..I liked how they treated me prior to this so away we went. When I arrived, they had been closed for 20 minutes and Brad was still there waiting for me. I was greeted with a warm welcome and he made sure my vehicle was locked up safely in the garage for the night. I can't begin to express how awesome their customer service is there, 5 Stars for Brad! Their prices are fair and they take care of you! Trust me, this is my second review on yelp in years, but I was moved to write this review. I highly recommend this business.
