The staff were friendly and the waiting area was clean and comfortable, but ultimately I wouldn't recommend Honest-1 because I don't have confidence their technicians correctly diagnose the problem the first time. While I was in the waiting area, I listened to the technicians talking with the manager. It became apparent that many customers had to come back more than once because the problem wasn't diagnosed and fixed correctly the first time. One lady stormed into the lobby, irate that she was coming back a third time for the same problem. In my case, they recommended repairs that were unnecessary. In the end, I just got an oil change from Honest-1 then took my car to another repair shop to fix a problem with my headlights.
