Each time that I bring my car here to be serviced, I am surprised at how much they offer and how little they charge. The customer service is top notch and the quality of the work is such that I recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks Team Honest1!

They seriously live up to their name here... HONEST! They are no BS, they deliver on what they promise, and they are seriously some of the nicest people I have met. I'm not exactly well-versed in the car world but the owner, Brad, took the time to honestly and thoroughly answer my questions about what needed to be worked on. AND they didn't try to up-sell me like most auto repair shops usually do. They are quick, although I never feel like they are rushing me out the door. And the best part? Their shop is actually CLEAN and there are enjoyable places to sit while they work on your car. They have a full lounge area, and a fridge stocked with beverages. I have referred friends and family here and will continue to do so because they are nice, quick, clean, and actually ETHICAL! Highly recommended.

Clean facility; car seems to be running a little rough when sitting still, so I may return to have this checked. Overall satisfied with the service.

This review has been a long time coming! I took my wife's car into Honest 1 about 8 months ago for some brake problems. Another shop gave a great rate but couldn't get us in to fit our busy schedule, so we went here and were told it would be $75 more than our first bid. Some guy mentioned that it's more expensive because they offer lifetime warranties - whatever. Three months down the road, my wife takes the car back because the brakes are still squeaking. An H1 worker drove in the car with her and pretty much made her feel that she was a dumb woman because they "couldn't hear anything." We're now into the 8th month and took the car back because the squeaking was overbearing, and Honest 1 mentioned it'd be $450 to fix the brakes....a problem that existing months earlier but they couldn't "identify it." You think we were going to give them our business? lol! So we went over to Big O and they were super nice, accommodating, and it cost us under $215 to fix the problem INCLUDING an oil change...whaaaaaaaa!???! I asked why it was half the cost than Honest 1 and the worker mentioned that whoever told us we needed everything replaced was just selling things we didn't need... thanks Honest 1, I regret ever going there in the first place. When we test drove the car with your wife, our intention was not to sell anything she did not need. At the time we truly believed the brakes were fine. The staff were friendly and the waiting area was clean and comfortable, but ultimately I wouldn't recommend Honest-1 because I don't have confidence their technicians correctly diagnose the problem the first time. While I was in the waiting area, I listened to the technicians talking with the manager. It became apparent that many customers had to come back more than once because the problem wasn't diagnosed and fixed correctly the first time. One lady stormed into the lobby, irate that she was coming back a third time for the same problem. In my case, they recommended repairs that were unnecessary. In the end, I just got an oil change from Honest-1 then took my car to another repair shop to fix a problem with my headlights.

They always go above and behind to make sure you're satisfied and happy with your car. They are very friendly and treat you like family. I don't trust taking my car anywhere but here!
