Great Experience! I had an issue with the starter in my car and needed help. I spoke with Brad a couple different times over the phone and he was extremely helpful and personable each time I called. When I arrived I was assisted by both Brad and Kurt. They are some of the nicest guys I have met and I was feeling comfortable with brining my car here. They looked over my car and had the starter replaced within a single day all the while calling me and providing me with updates. I will definitely be coming back and will be sure to recommend Honest Auto Care to my friends and family. Thank you Brad and Kurt!! You guys are awesome and I truly appreciate everything!

Had a wonderful experience with the team at Honest-1. I had my check engine light come on recently and last time this happened I waited to get it checked out and ended up with a nice $1700 worth of fees. So based on positive yelp reviews I came to Honest-1 wanting to look into the issue asap. Then gentlemen up front were extremely personable and informative on what may be going on. They then took my car in to diagnose the problem, and to my luck, it ended up just being a false alarm. And with their diagnosis, it was NO CHARGE!!! Not only that, but I mentioned some other issues I was looking to get taken care of in the future and they provided me with quotes. Needless to say, I plan on using Honest-1 for future work I may need. Thanks for the great experience!

Honest -1 was recommended by a friend and for my first visit they absolutely get a 5-star rating. They were quick and efficient, welcoming and friendly. As busy as they were, I was in and out of there in good time. They checked out a new car I had bought. They gave me a printout and sent an email of the problem they found which made it so easy to take back to the dealer and actually show them a photograph! The reception area was very clean, neat and pleasant to wait in. Honest-1 will definitely be my mechanics of choice from here forward. They live up to the name for sure!

My girlfriend Julia has been coming here since they opened and we’re super appreciative of the hospitality and stellar service Honest-1 has provided. This last service was for my own car this time and i have to say I genuinely really liked the vibe Kurt & Brad gave off. Amazing service, great family feeling. Love love love this place! Kurt and Brad are always so friendly and all of the employees truly do such an amazing job on every car! I live in Lake Forest now and still come to Costa Mesa for them to work on my car :).
