I dropped off my vehicle for a simple oil change. My vehicle is an older one and they did not try to push me to purchase upsell of different oil changes. My vehicle also required a bunch of other services but again I do not feel pressured to do the services. They instead gave me a ballpark estimate of each and every service that may be required. I will continue to bring my vehicle there

I brought my 1999 Ford Explorer in for a simple oil change. I do not feel pressured to do any additional services although I was told it would be beneficial for my car. They however knew that the repairs would probably be more than the value of the vehicle. They did not pressure me at all and had my vehicle ready in a timely manner

I made an appointment for a pre-sale inspection to buy a used car and had a very very good experience. Ruben was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. He explained to me all the potential problems the car may have in a very professional way. He is very well informed and used his expertise to perform a thorough inspection on the car. Simply the best. As their name implies, they are as honest as the day is long! Fair prices and no up-sale. Shuttle service or super comfortable waiting lounge complete with complimentary hot coffee and cold beverages. Play area for children AND exceptionally clean restroom. Friendly and knowledgeable, EVERYONE there gets an A+ rating. Highly recommended.

So happy i found this place! Finally don't have to pay an arm and a leg for maintenance. Being a girl everywhere rips you off! This place charged me a third of what Mercedes did! Feel so much safer bringing my car here for repairs. Wish i found them sooner!

First time there and very impressed with the level of service and matter of factness about what you need and don't need done to your car. Toyota service center said I needed a few things done which would have been over $500. I took my car to honest1 and learned I needed none of those things. Will be coming to honest1 from here on out.

Amazing auto repair shop! As a young woman, I get nervous going to get my car fixed by myself because I'm afraid I'll get ripped off. I'm also not very well-versed in cars. The people at Honest Auto Care always go out of their way to make me feel safe and teach me everything I need to know about the services I'm getting. They are never pushy and always willing to answer my questions. I really feel like they are giving me the best services for the best price, and I fully trust them. Can't imagine going anywhere else anymore!

I found them online and read the reviews. They were awesome reviews and that is why I called. Then I called them and the prices were GREAT too!!! The best part is, the ppl there are very FRIENDLY and made me feel very comfortable. The environment is clean and warm and i honestly will be coming back to them in the future.
