Wow! Talk about great customer service and taking care of their customers!!! From the first greeting to giving me a quote-it was all done with a genuine smile. I dropped off my car for an oil change and they called to tell me that they reccomended me to change air filters and gave me price and option for them to take care of it right there and then, when I opted it out they never pressured me and just told me I could buy them at any auto part store and do them myself- which is a breath of fresh air when it comes to mechanics. When I picked up my car, my price was what they had quoted one-not a penny more. Also, when I entered my car...there was a sweet envelope with candy inside with a note that said they appreciated me as a customer....what a sweet gesture!

I had my oil changed here a few months ago. So when my tire pressure light came on I decided to go here. They had all my information on file which made checking in very simple. They explained and gave me a breakdown of everything that needed fixing, without making me feel obligated to do it all right there and then. I had a small staple on my tire which was causing the leak. A week later or so, I got another staple (most likely because I live near a construction site) and they evaluated my car again and fixed it at no charge. Which was very kind of them because the staples got in at different times. My only comment is that both times I had to leave my car there for 5-6 hours. Which is a lot in my opinion, but from what they told me they're short on technicians. And I'm working from home so I didn't need my car much anyway! Very pleased with the customer service and pricing. Will definitely be coming back!

Brad & company are always kind, honest, helpful & informative. This was my youngest daughter’s 2nd visit, & I’ve been a number of times. Just encouraged my eldest to take her “new” used car in for an overall inspection & prioritization of service.
