Lug nuts were not screwed into my front wheels after inspection. Extremely dangerous. Front desk staff make political commentary and do not wear masks.
I made an appointment on Monday and dropped off the car early on Friday for service. I talked to Kurt about the work in which he said it would take 1.5-2hrs. When I called 2hrs later he said he didn't start work on my car and can't get to it today. I have to return the car on saturday and work isn't done on it and now i'm stuck. If he told me he couldnt get to it from the start i would have gone to another mechanic. His poor planning and lack of communication costed me hours of my time, aggravation and no work done even though I made an appointment at the beginning of the week. They treated me very poorly and I won't be going back to them. Thumbs down.
Brad and Kurt our amazing people! It’s always worry some finding a trustworthy mechanic, so when I started coming to these guys 5 years ago I never went any where else again; they have taken care of me ever since. They our honest and get the job done right. Family atmosphere and they always truly put the customers first. I wouldn’t go to anyone else ever again. Thank you Brad and Kurt and amazing service!

This company is amazing I own an electric company and have many vans I take there every time I expect to here it's gonna cost an arm and a leg and it's always good news and honest work. You always get the job done right and only if it honestly needs it. My vans get beat up by my guys but this mechanic and his team really keep them alive some of my vans have 200000+ miles and only need oil changes. That tells you allot about how Brad and his team at honest-1 auto work
They are very friendly and Brad who helped me was very helpful , he asked Taylor who worked on my car to show me the small leak in my engine. Brad was up front with me and said to have my tires rotated at America Tire since that s where u go and to get it done there cuz they will do it for free. I took my car in last Thursday for the oil change and I set up an appointment for tomorrow Wednesday to have the engine cover replaced where it’s leaking. Anyway, last Friday Brad called me to let me no that the part came in that will be put in tomorrow. Honest 1 Auto care is great and it’s close to wear I live!
Everything went well as always. Brad and his crew did a fine job and we’ll continue to be his customers. Highly recommend!
