Theses guys were great. Did a bunch of work on my F150. Truck runs great. They also (as requested) gave me a priority list with prices on what my truck needs next. Checked around and their prices beat everyone else. Definitely going back.

They saw me on a Saturday morning with no appointment. My car was repaired with the full changes and work identified before starting. They called me days after the repair to ensure I was happy with the work. The waiting room was clean, well appointed and would accommodate kids if needed.

I was very disappointed in the service here. My transmission was acting strange, so I went in to have them check it out. I was told I would have to leave the truck overnight so they could send out the trans controller. 4 days later I picked up the truck and was told they really needed to do more tests since the trans controller was fine according to the tests. So I took the truck back to them the next week to leave it overnight again. They claimed more tests needed to be done on the trans controller and the trans together. After several more days I was disappointed to hear them tell me that the trans would need to be repaired, which I did not understand as it was working ok but now would not idle properly. I picked up the truck and had to pay over $500 for the supposed tests and labor. My next step was to buy a service manual for the truck and review the symptoms while searching on google for similar issues. On a forum for my truck I found the problem described, and a possible solution. The idle air correction valve and a throttle position sensor were the recommendations. Also in reading about the trans control module, it is integrated into the trucks engine control module and was not a separate part as this shop had been telling me. They had recommended I needed a new engine control module for about $550 and another $300 labor. I searched online and found the replacement part for $225 which I promptly ordered. When it arrived, it took me less than 30 minutes to install it. I also replaced the idle air valve and the throttle position sensor which took another 15 minutes to install $40 worth of parts. In all, I spent $265 and 45 minutes and the repairs are complete and the truck is once again running perfectly. I cannot recommend this place and would warn anyone by sharing my experience with them. 8 lost days and over $500 charged, with a proposal to complete the repair for another minimum of $850, is not what I call good service. And that does not even speak to their attempt to rip me off for more than $325 on the part, without addressing the other parts or repairs. This was a bad experience which I would not wish on anybody.

I've used this firm twice. Both times all my expectations were met and surpassed. The staff is competent and friendly and customer service was extended at an above average level. I heartily recommend them for your automobile repair and service issues.

They mounted my tires with no appointment and even got an oil change done. They had me on my way very quickly

I brought my car in for an oil change around 9 A.M., I asked how long (when someone asks that they usually mean don't take all day), anyway the man says about an hour. It took them a whooping 4 hours!! When i go to get my car I say "that took a while" trying to hint my annoyance (i know so passive aggressive) but I had so much to do that day! He said to me "well you didn't tell me you were in a hurry" or something along those lines. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Apparently you have to tell them you're in a hurry when you want a simple oil change to be done in an hour. And this is on their slow day! It gets worse. I quickly leave and as I'm driving towards the freeway my engine completely shuts off. Really??? What were you doing for the past 4 hours besides find EVERYTHING wrong with my car to try to get me to spend the price of my car to fix. At least when I went back they fixed the problem really fast. Overall never going back.

Every time I have been to Honest-1, everyone there has been kind, courteous and extremely professional. I've been going there for a year now, and want to commend Brad and his team on jobs well done, on everything from checking my turbocharger to changing my oil. Thanks guys!
