First time customer at this business. Came in for a oil and filter change along with checking the tire pressure as my sensor light had been lit up. I was quite pleased with the service. Service was performed in a timely manner and Curt was professional in communicating what would need to be taken care of in the future for my vehicle. As a small business owner I am very critical of other small businesses. Honest-1 Auto Care owned and operate by a local Orange County family (McBrides) is top notch!! Not only are they knowledgeable in the field of car care but they sincerely take the time to get to know you and your needs as a person. I recently started my own business which requires me working 12+ hours a day. I literally have zero time to eat a lunch not to mention take care of my care. So naturally when my brakes started making obnoxious noises I figured it would just go away. Janet from Honest-1 put a stop to that real quick once I told her. She took the time out of her day to give me a ride to one of my offices and pick me up once my car was ready. Her dad and fellow co-workers gave me confidence they not only did excellent work but did not take advantage of my wallet. Top notch care and top notch family!!!! My fiancé and I have been going to Honest One for over two years and Brad and his staff are great. We've had so much work done on our 20 year old car and it works and runs great. They also work on our 2015 car and we've never had any issue with the work that has been completed. We trust Brad and his team and will continue to take both our cars to Honest One.
Brad and the entire team at Honest-1 provide excellent customer service and excellent repair service. They stand by their work and are incredibly fair about pricing. We take both of our cars to H1 for all servicing. I would trust H1 to work on the vehicles of all of my friends and family.
