It was my first time at Honest-1 and the experience was great! I had a comfortable place to play with my brand new puppy (yes, they're dog-friendly here), and comfortable seating for hanging out and watching TV. Once the service was done, they emailed me a Condition Report on my car. Both Brad and Kurt at the service desk were very nice and made a point of engaging in conversation!! Overall, a great experience!!
