I have been going to Honest 1 in Costa Mesa Since last year November. I had some problems with wheel alignments.The places I visited before did wheel alignment work for me but it didn’t work somehow. Kurt at Honest 1 found out what caused my wheels out of control and explained to me as if he was a doctor and I was a patient. Not only the repair turned out perfectly but the service and his attitude towards customer was exceptional. Also, the repair cost was very reasonable. I can’t imagine going to other places for car services anymore.
Brad is the best! From the moment my car got dropped off he provided the best experience for me. He is very knowledgeable, honest and provides great customer service. I had a bad alternator and he helped me replace that and gave me options on what I could do for parts. I would recommend coming here as this is the best service I've had.
