Great looking shop and friendly service managers. I will definitely return of Mini service. However a few very small points- I asked to have the stereo auxillery port looked at; not sure they did. Plus there were warning lights on the dash regarding low tire pressure not sure why this was not noticed. House of Mercedes up on MacArthur where my old BMW X5 is serviced always wash the car and chide me for not keeping it cleaner. Small complaints, I know.

Handled a transmission service of my RV quickly.

Overall great, super friendly, fast, service as soon as I walked in the door, comfortable atmosphere and the staff was phenomenal.

Thank you Yelp and Brad at Honest-1 Auto Care!!! Drove down from Northern California to help my siblings get the family home ready to sell after our parents passed away. I had some break work done before I left - always concerned about driving over the Tejon Pass. Made it to Costa Mesa fine, but then my sister and I both started hearing this intermittent rubbing sound at low speeds. I was worried about the drive back to Northern California so drove - slowly - to Honest-1 Auto Care. Brad was friendly and efficient, even had his son drive me back home so he could hear the noise. Brad kept the car most of the day and had it completely checked out. He said while they could still hear the noise it seemed less and because they checked absolutely everything, he said the car was safe to drive back home. I had no problems getting back home and the rubbing sound has since disappeared. Finally, Brad said because he didn't find anything wrong, he didn't fix anything, so he wasn't going to charge me anything! I would have been more than happy to pay for all the time spent checking my car, but Brad's kindness during a difficult time will always be remembered.

I love that these guys manage their appointments well, they don't try and get everyone in and spread themselves too thin. They give their guys enough time to do quality work and they do. They are thorough, they go above and beyond and have wonderful customer service. I had an after market head light that went out, they called everyone and no one on the usual list had it. So after racking his brain, Kurt decided to think outside the box and found it. Most places would have given up, or sent me somewhere else to deal with my problem. They stick to their quote and I have never trusted a mechanic as much as I trust these guys. They are not hear to rip you off!!
