Love love love this place! Kurt and Brad are always so friendly and all of the employees truly do such an amazing job on every car! I live in Lake Forest now and still come to Costa Mesa for them to work on my car :).

Great support staff for any car in need of mechanical review. Would recommend to anyone. They have tv, couches, free soft drinks and wifi. Very easy dealing with Brad and Curt up front.

Absolutely excellent service. Brad and his team are very thoughtful and professional. I usually take my car in just for oil changes, and they always perform a thorough inspection. They never try to pressure you into doing an extra services, but rather advise you on the best options to take care of any issues - whether or not that service is through them, someone else, or on your own if it’s something simple. Their prices are fair, and they take the time and effort to make sure you understand exactly what you’re paying for. Also, if you decide to wait for your car, the lobby and shop are very well kept and have free amenities like WiFi, iPads, TV, coffee, and refrigerated water and soda. You can tell these guys take great pride in their business and understand the importance of customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Imagine coming into a shop for a simple repair and being told AFTER the repair that the original repair wasn't going to solve my problem. Isn't it the shop's responsibility to do an inspection? Isn't that what you're supposed to do after I paid for an inspection??? How does this make any sense LOL. So I had to pay for a replacement I didn't even need, an inspection I never even got, and wasted the time I'll never get back. THANKS.

Well, first of all, to be honest. I was kind of hesitant to call the place for alignment, thinking that it be the same as others...high price. But then, I listened to my 2nd brain to go ahead and call...I did! I called and spoke to this associate name, curt. He is very helpful...NOT arrogant! And have good work ethics NOT LIKE OTHERS. Went there yesterday for alignment. The owner and general manager of the shop, Brad McBride, welcomed me with warm and pleasant morning. Right there and then, I saw what the their add says of how they treat and give service to their customers. I was very glad that I made the call. DEFINITELY, RECOMMENDABLE! Sherley (first customer)
