So ive been here a couple times.. I would send my Girlfriend here too for her car stuff. Friendly guys at the front ! First time I came in i got a follow up call to check up on my car, which was really thoughtful. However, I brought my car in to get an oil change and I emphasized that I really need my fluids refilled (wind shield wiper , power stearing , etc) Asked him to write it down and of course expected to pay. I even agreed to their upsale on some air filters knowing i prolly didnt need them. I dont know shit about cars but wish i did. Anyways, I Get my car back And they didnt even refill the damn wiper fluid ! I call to complain because i made it clear it was something i wanted done , no one answered. I left a message explaining and never got a call back. Its not the biggest deal but at the time I was very broke and spending a couple hundred on a tune up really sets back my budget and when I do spend good hard earned money I would like atleast the bare mininum , of what I asked , done . You should of called back to apologize for the mistake. I was planning on buying new tires from you too but instead the Tire Co down the street got my $400 . I have looked back 6 months have no such of a message. However, if we made an error, we would love the opportunity to fix it. Wow! The name really says it all. They are honest and not pushy. I will most definitely go out of my way And make any drive just To get to them. They have my business!!

Good service and informative

We brought in a 2001 Ford Focus wagon to be inspected for a possible car for my son. Basically, a POS, with 250k miles but not too bad. Well, it seems that the outside was much better than the inside and thanks to Honest Guys we will not be buying that car because the radiator was ready to go along with some other stuff. Don't want to put $700+ into a $900 car. Thanks Brad and your awesome staff for helping us make the smart decision. 👍

I was searching for a place to take my car in for a maintenance check (oil change) and found these guys on YELP. I'm a big supporter of family owned businesses so I thought I'd give these guys a shot. I had called 2 spots before, all in which were booked out until the following week. When I called the Honest-1 shop, Brad the owner picked up & told me I could drop my car off and had no issues getting me a shuttle back to work. How could I say no? :) When I walked in Brad was at the front desk and had asked if I needed my tires rotated. I responded with I wasn't sure. He said his team had no problem doing a full inspection & would let me know if I needed that additional service. He was honest enough to let me know my car wasn't quite due for one. I thought to myself, oh my the name"Honest-1" really does suit you. From the moment he picked up the phone to texting and emailing me a very detailed inspection report of my car, I received A-class service all around. Not to mention these guy s are 5 minutes from my office. I will absolutely be back & spread the word to my co-workers and friends!
